    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RLCoady Consulting website (rlcoadyconsulting.com) and any coaching services provided by Rebecca Coady ("Coach," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    2. Coaching Services

    RLCoady Consulting provides certified life and career coaching services. Coaching is a collaborative partnership designed to help clients clarify goals, explore possibilities, and move forward with intention. It is important to understand that:

    • Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.
    • Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
    • Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
    • The client is responsible for their own decisions and actions.

    3. Scheduling & Sessions

    Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between the Coach and client. Please note:

    • Sessions should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session.
    • The Coach reserves the right to reschedule in case of emergency or illness.

    4. Fees & Payment

    Coaching fees are outlined on the Packages page and confirmed prior to beginning services. Payment is due at the time of booking or as agreed upon. Package sessions are non-transferable and must be used within the timeframe discussed at purchase.

    5. Confidentiality

    All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential. The Coach will not disclose any client information without written consent, except where required by law or where there is an imminent risk of harm to the client or others.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and materials—is the property of RLCoady Consulting and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    RLCoady Consulting and Rebecca Coady shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or participation in coaching services. Coaching is provided "as is" and the Coach makes no warranties regarding specific outcomes.

    8. Termination

    Either party may end the coaching relationship at any time. If a client wishes to discontinue services, any unused sessions within a package may be subject to the refund policy discussed at the time of purchase.

    9. Changes to These Terms

    We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
